You can use your phone or other device to meet with me for virtual sessions using secure videoconferencing software. It’s a little different from traditional in-office therapy, but it can be very comfortable and rewarding, and offer many of the same benefits. My office is currently closed due to the pandemic, and I offer teletherapy only at this time.
