As a therapist, I am always looking for ways to more fully connect with you, and to understand your perspectives, values, and areas where you want to see change happen. Some of my interests include attachment, the Enneagram, body liberation, social justice and anti-oppression work, and the therapeutic relationship itself. I have had a longtime interest in the therapeutic process, including building healing and transformative relationships with clients around a variety of concerns and issues including anxiety, trauma, and relationships.
I specialize in working with couples to enhance communication and connection, and to explore the impact of attachment on relationship dynamics. I support traditional as well as non-traditional partnerships in a poly/kink affirming space. I enjoy working from a systemic lens, looking at developmental processes, relationship patterns, and community and social relationships. I am experienced in providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, and welcome all genders and orientations.
I regularly work with individuals and couples using an approach that considers family of origin, relationship patterns and systems, and the impact of early attachment on current experiences. This includes emotions, automatic responses, patterns of thought and behavior, and worldviews. I want to support you with what’s happening in the here and now, while also exploring the roots of your current experience.
