As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I do work with individual clients as well! Often in this work we will explore the relationships and systems you’re a part of, and understand how these relationship dynamics affect you.
The most important aspect of therapy is having a strong relationship with your therapist so you can feel safe enough to explore both the roots and the here and now aspects of what’s happening for you.
Some of the types of therapy I draw from include mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems and attachment theory, and parts work.
I am committed to helping clients of all genders, sexual identities and expressions, and I incorporate anti-oppression principles and social justice values into all of my work.
